“Russia and Armenia are conducting negotiations on Karabakh at different levels.” Today, in response to the journalists’ question, the Press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, commented on the words of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, according to which it was proposed to deploy international peacekeepers in Nagorno Karabakh.
“Communications are ongoing at working and different levels,” said the spokesperson.
“Deployment of the peacekeeping mission of the UN Security Council in Karabakh is possible only with the agreement of both sides of the conflict,” Peskov added.
