On August 15 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia started his official visits to Philippines.
The Foreign Minister’s visit started from the ceremony of putting a wreath near the monument of Philippine’s national hero Jose Rizali, after which the Mayor of Manila has given the symbolic key of the city to Eduard Nalbandyan.
President of Philippines has received Eduard Nalbandyan in Manila.
Greeting Eduard Nalbandyan, the President of Philippines has underlined the importance of diplomatic relations and Armenia’s giving a new wave to the 20th anniversary of two countries relations. The president hoped that Foreign Minister’s visit will open new doors for the bilateral cooperation.
