On August 8, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the newly appointed Ambassador to Indonesia Niniek Kun Naryatie (residence in Kiev), who presented copies of her credentials.
Welcoming the guest and congratulating her on the appointment, Minister Nalbandian noted that he recalls the visit to Jakarta last August with warmth, where he met with Indonesia’s Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa and reached agreements with him for expansion of bilateral cooperation.
RA MFA press office informed “First News and Analyses” that the Minister also noted that Armenia, attaching importance to relations with Indonesia, plans to open an embassy in Indonesia this year, what will give a new impetus to bilateral cooperation.
Ambassador Naryatie expressed gratitude for the reception and ensured that will use the maximum efforts during her tenure to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries.
