One of the presidential candidates of 2013 Robert Simonyan told the First Armenian News and Analyses that he is going to sue Tigran Mukuchyan.
Simonyan stated there is no such thing in the Constitution to pay 8 million drams for candidacy. Instead of apting the electoral codebook to the Constitution, these people apt the Constitution to the electoral codebook. Simonyan told he has that 8 million drams but will not use it as electoral mortgage and added that Tigran Mukuchyan and his team violate the 143, 149, 119, 300, 304, 309 and 223 articles of the Constitution.
Simonyan concluded he will sue Mukuchyan so that they learnt to walk along the law not against it.
