Turkish media reports that rules for crossing the state border of Turkey by visitors will be changed from 2013.
As reported, from January 1, 2013, citizens of other countries, who want to visit Turkey, will not be able to cross the border if their passport or documents replacing the passport will not have blank pages for “entry-exit” stamping.
The report says that in the period until December 31, 2012, if the citizens of other countries will have a passport or passport substitute document without blank pages, they will be given “a one-off entry-exit form” with the appropriate stamp, travel sticker and a proof”.
This special form of non-Turkish citizens are required to carry with themselves during their stay in that country, as well as during departure, when they will have to submit it to employees of the border crossing point.
