The Armenian diaspora in Boston organized a classical music concert dedicated to UN-Armenia 20-years-old cooperation on December 9.
As the press office of the MFA reports in St. Trinity Church an evening of spiritual classical music was delivered for an audience of more than a thousand people and the masterpieces of European composers were performed. Boston Opera, Boston Symphony Orchestra and New York Metropoliten opera singer participated in the evening.
At the end of the evening the permanent representative of the RA to the UN, Ambassador Karen Nazaryan delivered a speech that the UN has had its extremely specific and significant role of the development of Armenia since 1992. The Ambassador also mentioned Armenia continues to contribute to the peace keeping operations for the sake of having a peaceful world. Nazaryan also mentioned the great role diaspora plays in the Armenian and NK independence promotion issues.
