Yesterday during the consecutive NA session the MPs were handed “Budget 2013” voluminous handbook. According to “Hraparak” the NA president Hovik Abrahamyan, when coming into the hall, encountered with a PAP member Martun Grigoryan getting out of the hall with the handbook in his hands. Abrahamyan asked half seriously whether Grigoryan was taking it to burn or to read.
