Today, in “Ararat” Hall of “Armenia Marriott” hotel finished the round table of UEFA’s “Higher Executive Program” with the participation of executive directors of national football federation’s presidents of Armenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Slovakia.
On October 8, in order to participate in the round table the President of the UEFA delegation Michel Platini arrived in Armenia.
Several months ago by the suggestion of the President of the Football Federation of Armenia Ruben Hayrapetyan, the UEFA discussed the question to held the next round table in the framework of “Higher Executive Program” to consider the FFA’s involvement in the UEFA Cup, a number of international projects, FFA technical and human resources skills.
The aim of the UEFA is to discuss, with the UEFA member national associations, strategic issues in the development of football in more immediate and more constructive conditions, approaches that will bring football to more sustainable development, more dynamic and productive partnership in football infrastructure.
At the press conference UEFA President Michel Platini said that they discussed very interesting questions, put forward new ideas during the meeting. To the question whether she likes visiting Armenia, she said, “I love people. I come to Armenia to see my friend, FFA president Ruben Hayrapetyan. I like communicating with people.”
